Myelofibrosis
Available as 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg tablets. Tablets contain lactose. Tablets should be swallowed whole and not broken, chewed, crushed, or dissolved. Store at room temperature in original packaging.
Janus Associated Kinase (JAK) Inhibitor
Take with or without food
If a dose is missed, patients should be instructed not to take the missed dose but to resume with the next scheduled dose.
Common: Fatigue, Diarrhea, Thrombocytopenia.
Less Common: Nausea, Skin Rash/Pruritis, ALT Increase, AST Increase, Infection.
