Acute myeloid leukemia
Available as 17.5 mg and 26.5 mg tablets. Tablets should NOT be chewed or crushed. Store at room temperature.
FLT3 Inhibitor
Take with or without food
If a dose is missed, patients should be instructed to take missed dose as soon as possible on same day. Patients should NOT take two doses in one day.
Common: Febrile neutropenia, Anemia, Thrombocytopenia, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Headache, Edema, Infection, Sepsis, Anorexia.
Less Common: Cardiac failure, Myocardial infarction, QT interval prolongation, LFT elevation, Epistaxis.

Baseline before treatment: CBC & differential, electrolytes, liver function tests, serum creatinine, ECG.
During treatment: CBC & differential, electrolytes, liver function tests, serum creatinine as clinically indicated. Weekly ECG’s should be performed during treatment.
