Annick is currently president of the provincial oncology pharmacists committee of the MSSS Québec Cancer program. She is responsible for the oncology pharmacist community of the Réseau Cancer Montérégie. She is also a researcher at the CISSS Montérégie Centre Research Center. She is a clinician associated with the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Université de Montréal.
Tom McFarlane is Clinical Associate Professor and researcher at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy in Kitchener, Ontario, where he created, coordinates, and teaches the oncology portion of the curriculum in the Doctor of Pharmacy program. He is also an oncology pharmacist at North York General Hospital in Toronto, Ontario and has a primarily research-based cross-appointment at Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences in Toronto.
Carmilia is currently a clinical informatics pharmacist, implementing and maintaining pharmacy systems across Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Previously, she was a clinical pharmacist at the Odette Cancer Centre, and led the Oral Anticancer Medication Program along with numerous system and workflow transformations. She continues to be involved in quality improvement initiatives with a passion for oncology.
Scott Edwards is currently the Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Specialist at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He is also an assistant professor at the School of Pharmacy and the Discipline of Oncology, Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Michael LeBlanc is Director of Pharmacy Professional Practice for Horizon Health Network, New Brunswick. He is responsible for the development, evaluation and monitoring of clinical pharmacy services. Michael has been an oncology pharmacist for over 25 years with a focus on the prevention/management of cancer-treatment associated toxicities. He is active in practice-based research and providing support for patients receiving oral anticancer medications. Michael is a member of the CAPHO Research Committee, FCAPHO Task Force, and the ambulatory oncology cpKPI working group. He is also active in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists where he gained fellowship status in 2015.
